HEALTHY LUNCH PROGRAM

The Foodbank is collaborating with Santa Barbara Unified School District to esnure school-aged children throughout southern Santa Barbara County have healthy meals to to eat while schools are closed and on winter break. Free to anyone of any age.

In response to the Thomas fire, the Foodbank is providing food to the American Red Cross evacuation shelter at UCSB AND to anyone facing hunger from secondary effects of the fire:

  • Children who rely on meals they receive at schools which are now closed
  • Workers facing loss of income due to reduced hours or closures
  • Businesses that have closed to protect employees’ health or from loss of business
  • Those who receive food from our nonprofit partners or agencies that have closed or reduced services.

PROVIDE FOOD TO THOSE AFFECTED BY FIRE.
