Cal-Fresh Outreach Assistant
- Minimum Age: 21
- Commitment and shifts vary – need volunteers who have a flexible schedule
- Duties: set up table, man table, educate the community about Cal-Fresh (formally known as food stamps), sign up people for Cal-Fresh

Site Assistant for Healthy School Pantry Program (Health Fair)
- Minimum Age: 18
- Commitment: one weekday afternoon per month ongoing
- Shift: Second Thursday of every month from 2:30-6:30pm
- Duties: distribute food to kids and families and serve as a site assistant
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
- Physical Abilities: must be able to lift 25 pounds

Teach Nutrition to Kids
- Minimum Age: 18
- Commitment: one weekday afternoon per month from September – May
- Shift: approximately 3:30-5:30pm (shift times vary by location)
- Duties: educate kids about nutrition
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Physical Abilities: must be able to stand for the entire shift

Teach Kids to Cook
- Minimum Age: 18
- Commitment: one weekday afternoon per week for 7 consecutive weeks
- We will let you know when the next class will begin
- Shift: approximately 3:30-5:30pm (shift times vary by location)
- Duties: teach kids how to cook
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Physical Abilities: must be able to stand for the entire shift

Distribute Food to Kids in the Summer
- Minimum Age: 16 without parent/adult or 12 with parent/adult
- Commitment: one or more weekday afternoons per week for as much of the summer as possible
- Shift: approximately 12:00-1:00pm (shift times vary by location)
- Duties: distribute food to kids and engage them in fun activities
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Physical Abilities: must be able to stand for the entire shift

Bilingual Translator

- Duties: translate documents from English to Spanish
