Saturday Family Day
- Commitment: one-time OR long-term
- Shift: the 2nd Saturday of every month from 9:30-11:30am
- Duties: tour the Foodbank, sort produce, sort canned donations, and make a smoothie with the bike blender
- Requirements: all children must be 6 years or older and accompanied by a parent/guardian
- NOTE: this event fills up quickly

Harvest Produce (Backyard Bounty Program)
- Harvests are usually scheduled last minute and can be any day/any time
- Volunteers must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand, and bend for the entire shift

Sort Food Donations
- Commitment: one-time OR long-term
- Shift: any OR every Wednesday that this project is available from 1:00-3:00pm
- Number of people allowed per shift: 12 – if you are bringing a guest or group with you, please press the + sign to increase the number of people so we know how many to expect
- Duties: sort food by looking at expiration dates
- Minimum Age: 12 with an adult or 18 without an adult
- Physical Abilities: must be able to stand and bend the entire shift
- NOTE: this is a great group project for your organization/employer

Various Warehouse Shifts
- Commitment: sign up for as many one-time shifts as you would like
- Shifts: Monday – Friday
- 7:00-9:00
- 9:00-11:00
- 11:00-1:00
- 1:00-3:00

- Duties: sort food, clean warehouse, restock shelves…basically anything warehouse staff asks you to do
- Minimum Age: 12 with an adult or 18 without an adult
- Physical Abilities: must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand and bend the entire shift

Distribute Food to Kids in the Summer
- Minimum Age: 14 without parent/adult
- Commitment: one or more weekday afternoons per week for as much of the summer as possible
- Shift: 2 hrs around lunch time, varies by location
- Duties: distribute food to kids and engage them in fun activities
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Physical Abilities: must be able to stand for the entire shift
