Lompoc Empty Bowls
Give back to the community this spring by enjoying Lompoc Empty Bowls. Empty Bowls demonstrates the value in feeding and nourishing one another–especially the most vulnerable among us–with a simple meal of soup from a handmade bowl. Each guest takes a bowl home as a reminder of the meal’s purpose: to feed the hungry in our community. Gourmet soups will be donated by Lompoc restaurants and bowls are hand-made by local artisans.

End Summer Hunger
All throughout summer and all over Santa Barbara County, we will be providing nutritious lunches every day to children who normally receive lunches at school. For many children, their school lunch is the only reliable meal of the day. For them, summer break means hunger.
Santa Barbara Unified School District prepares fresh balanced meals each day for each site. Located in parks, libraries, and school yards, the lunches also help to facilitate healthy physical activity and promote curiosity and learning.
