Quarterly Reports

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE THIS REPORT ONLINE BEFORE SENDING A HARD COPY.  ADDITIONALLY, I CAN NOT IDENTIFY YOUR ORGANIZATION IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THE AGENCY CODE ON YOUR REPORT.

Beginning on July 1st of each year, our partners must count each customer anew.  So a customer that received assistance in June would not be a new customer if they also received assistance earlier in the fiscal year, but if they are assisted in July, they ARE a new customer as the new fiscal year begins on July 1st.

As a term of the membership agreement, each of our partners agrees to provide quarterly reports to the Foodbank.  Our automated quarterly reporting system allows individual agencies to input their own data, and then the information is compiled and reported by the Foodbank.  Some agencies report that the emails arrive in their “spam” or “junk” folder, and are thus generally never read.  We try to precede all communication that comes from this system with an email from our desktop, but those email addresses don’t always match the ones in the quarterly reporting system.

If you are a partner agency, please add ” foodbankofsantabarbaracounty@gmail.com ” to your safe sender list so that the email generated by our quarterly reporting system will be delivered to your inbox instead of your spam folder.

Below you will find links to download the manual quarterly reports.  Please attempt to digitally complete the reports through the reporting database via the link you are emailed at the end of each quarter.  If you are unable to do so, you may manually complete the appropriate quarter report and submit via email (preferred) to dmartinez@foodbanksbc.org or fax to (805) 683 – 4951.

First Quarter (7/1-9/30):  First Quarter Report

Second Quarter (10/1-12/31):  Second Quarter Report

Third Quarter (1/1-3/31):  Third Quarter Report

Fourth Quarter (4/1-6/30):  Fourth Quarter Report

ALL reports are due on the 5th day of the month following the end of the quarter (for example, the third quarter ends March 31, so reports are due April 5th)
