After eight long years and a staggering increase in demand, the Foodbank has found a new south county home! This Sharehouse will allow us to better respond to food insecurity and help the entire community in times of disaster.
Our new facility is more than a warehouse – it is a Sharehouse, a place to share food, share education and share hope.
One of the best parts about Sharehouse is the community. Join us on Saturday, September 17th from 12-3 PM for a FREE Festival at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County! The Festival will feature Sharehouse tours, food from local chefs, cooking demos, fun family activities, and nutrition education. There will be a welcome presentation at 1 pm.
