Explore plant-based eating, vegetarian and vegan approaches, learn the nutrition science behind eating plant-based. You’ll also get tips on how to incorporate plant-based eating into any schedule, and we’ll discuss common myths about it..

Presenter: Lauren Hogan, RDN intern, Illinois State University
Currently in the Illinois State University’s Dietetic Internship Graduate Program, Hogan earned her BS in applied nutrition from Cal Poly SLO this June. Her next step is to become a registered dietitian/nutritionist helping people with diabetes or eating disorders.
