Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup PEANUT BUTTER
- 2 tbs RED CURRY PASTE
- 3/4 can COCONUT MILK
- 2 tbs HONEY
- 2 tsp SOY SAUCE
- 1 tsp SALT
- 2 tbs APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 3/4 cup WATER
Steps:
- ADD all ingredients to a saucepan
- STIR to combine
- SIMMER over medium-low heat
- STIR while simmering for 5 min
- ADJUST consistency with water
- (should be thick)
- CHOOSE noodles, veggies, chicken or tofu to pair it with!
